The wood on the outside of the building has been treated with an oil-varnish and the inside has been painted.

Coming from the hall by a hardwood staircase you end up in a very spacious living room. Large double glassed windows on all sides give you an fantastic view over the valley. The living room is about 65 m2. The open kitchen which also is very light, is fully equipped and is very convenient, having a dining room just in front. There is a master bedroom, 10,5 m2, with an open passage to the dress room going to the private bathroom, each 7,5,m2.

The land around the house is rather flat and at the end it climbs up to the top of a hill, by a number of terraces. |
