The property is situated ± 10 minutes drive from the historical city of Sertã, in the middle of a quiet rural part of Central Portugal. It is very close to the river Zèzere where one can canoe or fish. There are also 2 weir lakes in the area. The surrounding will invite you for a hike enjoying the roughness and the fine tracks. The property is divided over a number of terraces. At this moment 60 % is being used, offering camping facilities and also a fruit- and flower garden. The lowest part also can be developed and could give space to several campers and caravans. |

At this moment there is space for 15 tents divided over the terraces. There are two buildings on the property with shower- and toilet facilities. There are also two caravans being rent out during the year.
Each caravan is suited for four people. A storage building also used as a workshop and a big well with pump completes the property.

The main house has completely been rebuilt 2 years ago with stone and bricks. It contains 2 terraces and a covered patio which contains a heating for the chilly days. This patio is also being used by the camping guests as a snack-bar space, where one can enjoy food and drinks. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, storage and utility room. There is also a relax room for the guests.
The first floor which can be entered by internal and external stairs, contains a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a small pantry, complete bathroom and a bedroom. |

The second floor contains 3 spacious rooms all over the house. The house is completely insulated including the roof. Central heating and air control and also telephone connection is installed in every room. The whole house has double glazed windows, all with shutters. The property goes with all furniture, the caravans and all the tools and equipment.
