Holiday home in the middle of a small village. On the south-west side there is a small garden and patio. The village is 15 minutes drive away from a large reservoir in Pedrogao Grande and 15 minutes from the largest wave pool in Portugal.

The house has a large internal garage downstairs plus a storage area plus a room of a former barber shop.The floors here are cemented and the walls are plastered. Via a stairway one reaches the first floor. Here we enter a kichen-cum-livingroom (open kitchen) of 4.50 x 3.15m with open fireplace and tiled floor. There are also 4 bedrooms with wooden floors, two of 3 x 2.20m, one of 3 x 2.25m and one of 3 x 2m. Furthermore there is a small shower area with a toilet 2.50 x 2m.
The size of the garden and patio is approximately 200m2.
Municipal water and electricity are connected.
