The cellars (lojas) are also ± 60 m2 plus there is a small patio with a shed with in it an old fashioned bread oven of ± 20 m2.
The inside walls are almost all made of wood, as are the floors which makes it easy to rebuild. The floors in the cellars are cement.
Bathroom and kitchen are present but in need of thorough renovation.
At the entrance there is a small veranda from where one has a magnificent view over the area.
