Large olive oil mill in rural surroundings with 1000m2 of land

The property contains a large mill for producing Olive oil. Part of which is in good condition with a concrete floor ( 300 m2 more or less ). Part of this mill has a collapsed roof and the floor is partly concrete but damaged by the collapsing roof and the rest is earthen. On the backside are two little buildings, one probably a house and the other one a barn. It is hard to say because there are only the remaining walls. Renovation project.

| On the outside of the mill is a waterwheel and a flume for the water. A small stream runs next to the mill. There is also a big barn or house on the property covered with brambles but in a reasonably good condition but this hasn’t been registered in the past.
The property is situated in a restful rural surrounding and still only 2 minutes drive from the IC 3 and ± 20 kilometers north of Tomar. |
