The property, which
is a renovation project, is situated
in a valley and consists of a house
plus outbuildings plus 15,000m2
of land. 5,000m2 of which was used
for sheep and goats and the remaining
10,000m2 used for growing vegetables.
There is no mains water to the property
but water is supplied from a mountain
spring and stored in a watertank
with a 12,000 litre capacity. A
contract will be made guaranteeing
the water supply but, as can be
seen from the photo of the tank
taken in September 2009 after a
long, hot summer, there is water
available to the property all year
round.
