This new property is ± 3,500 m2 and lies in an agrarian area about half way between Leiria and Pombal, each at about one quarter of an hour's drive away . Irrigation and drinking water are provided by a borehole dug through about 180 metres of solid rock. This is in a very central area part of Portugal but not in the rush of traffic and noise.

The main building (originally granite) is currently being rebuilt and is not as yet completed. The sewage system currently uses a septic tank but can be easily attached onto the municipal system. A central heating system has been started to be installed but not completed.

The ground floor has a kitchen with living room with an open fire and a toilet with a bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor is a roomy garage.
