Granite house with approved Architecture Project on approximately 21,000m2 of land

The property is located in "Ribeira de Midões", a small village in the centre of Portugal near the city of Coimbra. The property has 21000 sqm (± 2 ha) and is partially surrounded by a water stream. The geographical situation is very good since it is turned towards the south. The property is connected to the village through its highest area where the typical granite house is set. For that we have an already approved architectural project and contact with a builder, so it can simply be “buy and build”, without any bureaucratic formalities.The house has two levels of ± 80 sqm each. All the exterior granite walls will be restored. On the ground level there are a kitchen, laundryroom, wc, dining and living room. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by the use of wood folded panels. The space tries to be as open as possible, with fluent and wide circulation areas that want to be "liveable" instead of being only "walkable" The stairs take us to level 1 where a mezzanine is proposed looking down to the living room with the fireplace. Also on this floor are two large bedrooms with independent bathrooms.

We can see that the property is set in various well defined topographic levels, which is a very typical way of dealing with the terrain, setting platforms that have specific usages, types of fruit trees that are by this mean distributed. |
